STEP 2: Confirm and Schedule
After approving your quote, share your preferred date and time.
We’re flexible, offering sessions during the day, evenings, or weekends to fit your schedule
STEP 3: Trainer Consultation
This is one of the most valuable parts of our process.
Before the session, you will meet with the trainer who will be facilitating your workshop. This gives them the opportunity to understand your organization’s context, current challenges, and priorities.
Because our workshops are delivered to agency-based teams, this conversation helps the trainer focus the content on what matters most to your staff and what they are experiencing day to day.
STEP 4: Emails, Reminders and Materials
We make communication easy for you.
You will receive an email that includes:
- The Zoom link
- Date and time of the session
- Any handouts or materials
You can simply forward this to participants.
We can also provide a short, PSW-friendly flyer you can share ahead of time so staff know what the workshop is about.

STEP 5: We Run the Session
On the day of the workshop, participants log in and take part. Our trainer facilitates the session on Zoom, so you do not need to manage delivery or logistics.
STEP 6: Follow-Up and Reporting
After the session, we send you a single link with consolidated participant feedback for your reporting.
If needed, we can also provide an attendance report.
